Description
Job description: Lead end-to-end execution of electrical services projects, specially brownfield projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues. Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, and internal teams. Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and service teams. Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting. Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively. Track project costs, margins, and cash flow. Manage variations, claims, and change orders. Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Ensure quality standards and documentation are maintained. Key Skills & Competencies Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, and cost control). Risk management and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Solid technical knowledge of electrical distribution and protection systems. Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Ready to make your mark?
