Location: Charlotte, NC (Relocation expected; flexible based on candidate situation)
Industry: Thermal Energy Systems / Industrial EPC
Salary Range: ~$150K base + ~5% performance bonus
Travel: ~1x/month (2–3 days) for site visits or client meetings

As the company expands its U.S. presence with a central hub in Charlotte, NC, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead complex engineered-to-order capital projects from end-to-end.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a high-impact, senior-level Project Manager role responsible for full lifecycle execution of $10M–$80M engineered capital projects. You will serve as the client-facing leader and internal coordinator across design, procurement, vendor management, and field execution phases—ensuring technical delivery, commercial alignment, and schedule integrity.
You will coordinate workstreams across international engineering and operations teams (including partners in Belgium, India, and China) while supporting critical infrastructure rollouts for EPC partners in the energy and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle project execution: kickoff, engineering, procurement, logistics, site support, and closeout
  • Act as the primary liaison for major EPC clients; manage relationships, deliverables, and escalations
  • Oversee and update detailed project timelines using MS Project and internal tools
  • Proactively identify and manage change orders, claims, and profit-margin protection activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical execution: CAD/drawing reviews, site readiness, vendor selection
  • Maintain and track all project documentation and compliance-related deliverables
  • Provide recurring performance updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership
  • Travel as needed (~10%) for client meetings or site visits across the U.S. or Canada
