EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, petroleum or chemical) or equivalent alternative experience.
- Experiance in project management techniques including project scoping and estimating utilizing work breakdown structures, cost and schedule control systems, design and construction management, team building, resource planning, procurement, and permitting is a plus.
Experience, Specific Knowledge, Certifications, Licenses:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in project management involving the design, construction, inspection and operation of facilities associated with hazardous liquid terminals, truck loading terminals, and related pump, storage, and metering facilities.
- Must have full compliment of project management skills including, project scoping and estimating utilizing work breakdown structures, cost and schedule control, design and construction management, team building, resource planning, procurement, inspection requirments and permitting.
- A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver’s license are required.
- Working knowledge of applicable regulations and agencies such as DOT, OSHA, and various state counterparts.
- Familiarity with NEC, ASME, API, NFPA and ASTM specifications, standards, and recommended practices.
- Certifications in NACE, API 570, 510, 653 or AWS would be considered a plus, although not required.
- Must obtain and/or meet all requirements to enter foreign trade zones; such as background checks by the Department of Homeland Security, i.e. obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC).

- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.

- Organizational skills, Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
