Enterprise Precast Concrete is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a leading precast concrete manufacturer, we specialize in producing high-quality precast components for large-scale construction projects. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about the construction industry and has a strong background in project management. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and materials Proven experience managing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera FULLTIME YEAR-ROUND WORK Medical, Dental & Vision Benefit’s after 60 Days Competitive Compensation & Profit Sharing Available Over Time 401K with Match Internal promotional opportunities Company Sustainability – Since 1940 Enterprise Properties, Inc. and its subsidiaries are an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
