Description

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and client relations. Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring and supervising team members, fostering collaboration, and driving high-quality outcomes. Client-Focused Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and deliver results for clients across sectors such as oil and gas, mining, power, infrastructure, and government. Industry Knowledge and Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with contaminated site projects, environmental risk assessments, and remediation efforts is an asset; working knowledge of provincial and federal environmental compliance guidelines and legislation (e.g., CCME). Adaptability: Willingness to travel to project sites and meetings as required. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or a related field. 7 or more years of relevant experience, with 5 years of project management experience in environmental projects, including contaminated sites, remediation, and monitoring. Professional Engineer (P.Eng. ), Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo. ), or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T. ).
