Description:

RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project costs and schedules to support the successful completion of moderately sized projects with low to medium complexity and risk, ensuring safety, quality, adherence to budget, and timely delivery.
  • Plan, direct, and report on project activities by consistently monitoring project benefits, resources and status and creating documents such as project plans, action logs, communication plans, status reports and post implementation reviews for effective management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders including customers, engineers and field crews through regular communication using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills enabling timely progression of projects.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum five (5) years of project management experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation is preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for a professional environment.
