We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers at the lowest possible cost and least environmental impact.  What we are looking for:  The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time. This role combines engineering knowledge, project execution, and sales support, ensuring solutions are technically sound and delivered on time. The ideal candidate understands structural design, CAD workflows, and digital cutting operations, and can translate customer needs into high-quality, production-ready outputs while supporting sales growth.  What you will do:   * Lead end-to-end project execution, from design through production and delivery  * Interpret customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop practical solutions * Serve as the primary technical and project liaison for customers * Lead technical discussions, project kickoffs, and status meetings * Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents * Identify labor, material, and time requirements by understanding engineering drawings, specifications, proposals and related documents * Input cost data into company programs/excel spreadsheets * Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements * Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources  * Research, qualify and communicate with vendors/ suppliers as necessary * Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase * Monitor the progress of the project, display effective time management, and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project * Establish effective communication to update appropriate staff, internal and external to the organization on the progress of the project; communicate issues and delayed timelines effectively * Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommend best practices * Take ownership and accountability of all project deliverables * Travel and face-to-face customer interactions may be required * Maintain, develop and strengthen existing client relationships * Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner * Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and records * Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary * Support and comply with all company policies and safety requirements * Perform other related duties as assigned What you need to succeed: * Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, or related field preferred) * 2+ years of project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment * Basic 3D modeling or CAD experience * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent communication and leadership abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools * Proficiency with project management tools and engineering software (CAD experience a plus) * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred * Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously   Benefits we offer:   * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)  * Paid sick and paid vacation time off  * Company paid life insurance  * Additional life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance  * Short and long term disability  * 401k with company match  EPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
