Description

Manage projects in alignment with agreements from the project sponsor. Ensure all project management processes and knowledge areas are addressed, including integration, value, scope, quality, procurement, time, finance, human resources, risk, and communications. In classic mode: deliver all ordered items on time, within budget, and per scope. In agile mode: focus on delivering the most critical parts within predefined time and cost, coaching teams, and enabling high-level planning. Extensive experience in software development and lifecycle management. Strong understanding of telecom domain, especially Core Network solutions. Proficiency in all aspects of project management. Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.- Strong communication skills in English. Leadership capabilities across business, thought, people, and organization leadership. Self-leadership qualities including curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
