We are a leading German provider of ERP/PPS systems for the packaging industry with a continuously growing customer base, primarily comprised of medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a business administration graduate or IT specialist (m/f/d) to join our project management team and provide expert support to our customers – from product presentations, training and support, process definitions and quality management to module and system implementations. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing an existing customer base
• Handling of individual customer projects
• Introduction of specific ERP modules
• Test and quality management, documentation creation
• Conducting presentations, training sessions and workshops
• Planning and implementation of ERP implementation projects
• Consulting

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration or business informatics (Bachelor's degree)
• High IT affinity and very good knowledge of business processes
• Good knowledge of the MS environment (from Windows 10/MS-SQL-Server onwards)
• Confident demeanor, customer focus
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel (partially)
