About the role KP Snacks is partnering with our parent company, Intersnack, to deliver a major transformation that will centralise processes and systems across the Group. We are looking for an experienced ERP/Transformation Project Manager to play an integral role in this programme. You will own the governance, planning and day‑to‑day management needs of the project, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment across all workstreams. Developing and managing the project planning framework Creating planning structures, processes and templates (including MPP) to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency Owning future governance for the programme Designing an approach that supports decision‑making, accountability and smooth project flow Challenging and supporting workstreams to build detailed milestone and task-level plans Ensuring timelines, dependencies and sequencing are realistic, integrated and well‑managed Maintaining project discipline through RAID management Owning the RAID log, challenging team members on timeliness and quality, and managing escalations at the right level Producing high-quality reporting and communication Creating clear, concise updates for all direct and indirect project members, and supporting sub‑projects, testing plans and documentation needs across each function Who are we? We’d love to hear from you if you can bring: Extensive experience in large‑scale transformation A minimum of seven years in a PMO or project role within a large, matrixed global enterprise Deep experience of ERP and platform change Understanding of multiple ERP platforms, integration of legacy and new systems, and end‑to‑end process areas Background in CPG Manufacturing Experience supporting major transformation in a fast‑paced FMCG environment Strong change, risk and dependency management skills Able to identify training and change needs and influence across senior levels Experience managing large teams across BPO/GPO structures Skilled at coordinating and challenging diverse groups of experts #LI-SC1 #LI-Hybrid
