Description Job Title: Project Manager Department: Project Management FLSA Status: Exempt Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of vinyl graphics installations for our fleet clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, installation teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of project management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage small to medium-sized installation orders for local brands. Develop project timelines, set realistic milestones and assign resources to ensure installations are completed on schedule. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering requirements and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Track project expenses to ensure installations meet budgets. Review all installations to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues. Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, graphic designers, and installation teams to ensure all materials and resources are ready for each project. Negotiate with external vendors to identify the best project pricing. Foster strong, long-term working relationships with sub-contractors. Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum. Maintain detailed records of projects using the company ERP system. Manage POs and vendor invoices in coordination with the finance team. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Extremely organized. Self-Starter. Ability to pivot and work in a fluid environment where schedules/work/plans can change very rapidly. Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred. 1-3 years of project management experience preferred. Experience in fleet vinyl installation industry or related field is highly desirable. Previous knowledge of fleet graphics/vinyl installation considered a plus. MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Working knowledge of NetSuite experience considered a plus. Understanding of project management principles and best practices. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service oriented. Ability to work independently or in a team. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
