Auzscot Constructions is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to live in Cloncurry.
Auzscot Constructions is a third party certified, well established and growing family owned Civil Construction and Commercial Building Company with its office located in Cloncurry, Qld.

The role will involve;

  • quoting / tendering / estimating projects
  • project management
  • determine project specifications and customer requirements
  • identify opportunities for cost savings
  • approve project related purchases
  • liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
  • maintain the project quality management including ITP’s and other quality documentation and plans
  • implement project budgets and schedules and monitor and report on progress
  • assist in building contacts and relationships with new and existing clients
  • construction programming / scheduling
  • obtaining quotes and procuring goods and services from suppliers and contractors
  • managing the construction process
  • assist with progress claims and variations
  • ensuring policy and procedures are followed

Remuneration to be negotiated and includes a company vehicle, phone. Accommodation can be arranged.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
