We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role combines estimating, scheduling, and field coordination to deliver high-quality commercial builds. What You’ll Do Prepare detailed commercial construction estimates and bids Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and vendors on active job sites Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for accuracy and risk Oversee on-site progress, budgets, change orders, and cost control Coordinate field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Strong experience in commercial construction project management and estimating Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Competitive compensation Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment
