Description
Description We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Construction LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownership—managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point. What you’ll do: Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out. Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving. Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability. Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices. Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress. Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates. Requirements What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC). Expertise in Line Item Estimating. Excellent organizational and leadership skills—you can juggle multiple projects at once. Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus. If you’ve got the drive to lead projects and the JOC know-how to make them profitable, we’d love to hear from you.
