JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in various construction management software tools.

SKILLS

• Strong project management skills with a focus on time management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D for design purposes is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction management software to streamline processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and clients.

• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
