Company Description Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable. From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate. Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major business and technology transformation programme within Eurofins Forensics. Working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, delivery teams and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering complex initiatives that support strategic programme objectives. You will help ensure that business priorities are translated into clear delivery plans, risks are managed effectively, and projects are delivered in a structured, collaborative and outcome-focused way. This role offers the opportunity to work across both business and technical teams, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale change in a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to implementation and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones and dependency tracking. Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, operational teams and delivery partners to ensure alignment on priorities, scope and timelines. Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and governance forums. Support Agile delivery practices and work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and technical teams to drive successful outcomes. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making forums, ensuring actions and dependencies are effectively managed. Support business readiness, deployment planning and implementation activities. Promote a collaborative, structured and delivery-focused approach across the programme. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering business, technology or transformation initiatives in complex environments. You will have excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with both business and technical teams, with a good understanding of technology delivery and Agile ways of working. Experience using Azure DevOps or similar delivery management tools, producing governance reporting, and managing project controls such as risks, issues and dependencies will be highly valued. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups are essential. Experience within regulated, forensic, laboratory or operationally complex environments would be advantageous, as would relevant project management qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
