JOB SUMMARY: PROJECT MANAGER

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Project Manager for our EV Business Unit will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role carries significant people management responsibilities, driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performance culture across the business. A key aspect of the position is to champion and embed the company’s vision, mission, and values. In the first six months, the focus will be on building strong team and client relationships, visiting installation sites, and positioning the EV Department for future growth and opportunities.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Level 8 Degree in Electrical / Project Management or Energy/ Mechanical.
PMP, PSCS, and electrical certifications highly desirable.
Level 6 Craft Electrical Certificate desirable

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years in electrical engineering, project management experience in electrical projects in the construction industry.
