Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively. Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle. Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance. Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners. Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively. Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). PMP certification is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
