KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Controlling Project Progress: Manage and monitor project advancement and P&L performance in alignment with predefined targets.
• Delivery Assurance: Ensure timely delivery of equipment and documentation in adherence to contract and customer specifications.
• Hands-On Collaboration: Work closely with on-site production teams, providing guidance, project briefs, and regular progress updates.
• Leadership in Standards: Set and maintain high standards for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), leading small in-house teams and coordinating with specialist contractors/suppliers for project completion.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Project Development and Execution: Develop and execute projects within designated timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend project requirements, create plans, allocate resources, and define project responsibilities.
• Operational Excellence: Drive improvement plans focusing on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departmental processes and manufacturing builds.
• Document Control: Maintain meticulous document control registers for each project and produce installation procedures as necessary.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor and report on the progress of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and scope of work.
• Reporting and Mobilization: Provide regular reports on project progress or delays, prepare scopes of work for subcontractors, and organize/attend mobilizations as required.
