These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within event technology or live event environments.
  • CAPM or PMP, or equivalent cert is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of the event lifecycle, event operations, and digital platforms used across trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or events simultaneously, with attention to detail and effective prioritization.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex, high-stakes scenarios.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model with fast-moving priorities and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to support onsite execution.

Seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Event Technology Project Manager to join our Event Technology Operations (ETO) team at Informa Markets. This role requires someone proactive, pragmatic, and positive, who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences. Our customers are the commercial teams and their customers, being solution-driven and customer focused is essential for success.
As a key player in our delivery model, you will manage multiple concurrent events or workstreams, ensuring each is executed to the highest standard while contributing to continuous improvement across the broader portfolio. You’ll work alongside technical delivery experts and commercial partners to bring event tech strategies to life.
