Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who will be the driving force behind our key client projects. You’ll focus on event management, client acquisition, campaigns including video production and social media campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker who can not only manage projects but also build client relationships, meet revenue targets and also developing of your own team members. It requires management of resources, budgets, and teams to ensure the successful execution of high-quality project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of events, marketing campaigns, and video production projects.
  • Client Management & Acquisition: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and present compelling project proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Budget & Timeline Oversight: Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a project management role, with a strong focus on events, campaigns, client servicing and Video Production.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Client-facing skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with the video production process and a passion for the creative and media industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency of English and Chinese, with strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets)..
  • Diploma or Degree in Video Production, Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidate would be required to report to the Company Management Team.
