JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding our internal operations team and looking for a Project Manager who can keep multi-team, cross-functional projects moving with speed and discipline. As Project Manager, you will ensure projects across different departments such as sales, design, and software are delivered on time using our ERP and SaaS systems effectively. You’ll manage multiple projects in parallel, build SOPs and dashboards, enforce accountability across teams, and proactively identify risks before they become bottlenecks. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be inside Excel, ERP, and workflow tools daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of project management or coordination experience
• Strong technical skills: Excel (pivot tables, formulas), ERP/EDI workflows, SaaS project tools
• Experience using Python is required
• Willingness to learn workflow automation (Zapier, n8n). Experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless about follow-through.
• Ability to push and challenge department heads respectfully to keep projects on track.
• Understanding of wholesale/retail operations strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complex updates into clear, actionable reports

• Coordinate internal execution across sales, design, purchasing, and software teams to deliver projects on time.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to ensure visibility and accountability using Python if necessary
• Proactively enforce deadlines and hold department heads accountable for deliverables.
• Automate workflows (Excel, n8n, Asana, API integrations, ERP reports) to reduce manual effort
• Influence project scope during planning and ensure alignment with business priorities.
