YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have excellent English communication.

• Years of experience: Minimum 5-8+ years of progressive project management experience in excavations and shoring.Education: Bachelors Degree is preferable.

Technical Skills:

• Programs - HCSS, MS Projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written).
• Strong with data analysis and its application, as required.
• Interpreting Cost Reports.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Teams, etc.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent leadership qualities and excellent communicator.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and taking the lead in team meetings and group tasks.
• Makes Health & Safety the number one priority and demands that of others.
• Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to build network with clients, subcontractors and all project stakeholders, with a focus on excellent customer service.

• Understand how to prioritize workload and be responsive.Comfortable with conflict or ‘difficult’ conversations with clients and colleagues.
