Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering first-in-class products and service to our valued customers. You’ll be accountable for managing project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. From kick-off to completion, you’ll act as the key liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality from start to finish.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Production, and Quality).
  • Manage change requests, resolve issues, and optimize project execution strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensure milestones are met, and deliver timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support documentation control and ensure compliance with engineering and production processes.
