Shanghai Project Manager Execution YOUR OPPORTUNITY Responsible for driving day to day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities management. Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction YOUR MISSION Implementing and Following HSE standard Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes Ensure projects technical & QCD level in front of the client, projects profitability and customer satisfaction. Ensuring data collection for project manufacturing and KO Uploading all documentation in System Technical and cost definition of addon quotations Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party eqpt, piping & electrical works, …) Monitor projects risks and Escalating issues to manage and mitigate risks. Ensure regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders including team internally and customer externally Escalate major issues that may cause business deliverables or customer satisfaction disruption. Collect project keylearning and make CPA to share with relative stakeholders YOUR PROFILE 5+ years’ experience in project management and managing projects in a multicultural environment Experience in the beer & beverage industry is a plus Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges in machinery or complete line is a plus Result oriented and service minded Knowledge of PMP and cusomer oriented Knowledge of project financials Able to travel (up to 40%) By applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.
