WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

• 5 to 10 years of experience in land development, with a strong focus on residential, industrial, and commercial projects
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Technologist designation (or eligibility for registration)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure with tact
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a project team
• Strong multitasking skills with a commitment to meeting deadlinesCustomer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and project success
