Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across technology and operations. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with a strong emphasis on documentation and technical writing. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing timelines, stakeholder communications, and producing clear, structured documentation that supports project clarity and compliance. Essential Functions Project Leadership Own project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups using Agile or hybrid methodologies. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution. Documentation & Technical Writing Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, requirements, process maps, and release notes. Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with helpdesk and knowledge base teams to ensure documentation is accessible and up to date. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership. Present project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders. Support training and onboarding materials for new systems or processes. Quality & Compliance Support UAT and QA planning, ensuring documentation aligns with compliance standards. Assist in change management efforts and maintain version control of documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or regulated environment. Strong writing and editing skills with experience in technical documentation. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint). Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and quality of work Strong problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects and tasks Experience in financial services, SaaS, or compliance-driven industries. Ability to create UI templates and wireframes for documentation purposes. Desire to make an impact Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have any supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
