ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a Project Manager with demonstrable experience in end-to-end event project management, ideally from within an agency environment. Experience in project managing brand activations, product launches, brand roadshows, automotive or sports sponsorship events would be highly beneficial. The ability to manage complex event logistics is key. The role will suite someone who is dedicated, hardworking, creative, and who has a clear passion for events. This is not a role for digital or social media marketing project managers.

Experience:

• Project Management experience in the Events/Marketing sector: 2 years (preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end project management – from initial planning and budgeting to onsite delivery of brand activations and events.
• Budget management – tracking costs and ensuring projects are delivered within scope.
• Client liaison – building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
• Supplier & stakeholder management – overseeing logistics, venues, crew, and production teams.
• Onsite event delivery – leading the team to ensure smooth execution and brand impact.
• Health & safety compliance – ensuring all events adhere to industry standards and best practices.

THE ROLE

• This is a flexible-hybrid role. We offer a flexible working approach, but the ideal candidate must be able to commute to our offices in Bordon and attend events as required.
