About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects from inception to completion. This will involve:
- Planning and managing all aspects of EWI projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site supervision.
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Preparing and submitting project reports and progress updates.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in External Wall Insulation projects.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full Driving Licence.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards.
- Qualifications in project management or construction.
