JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project activities in the extraction industry. The role involves overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of extraction or processing projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Geology, or related technical field.

(Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.)

  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the extraction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with HSE standards in extraction or heavy industry environments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in remote or on-site locations as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of local and international environmental regulations.
  • Experience with sustainable or green extraction technologies.
  • Familiarity with EPC or EPCM project structures.

Responsibilities

· - Plan and execute building and plant installation projects along with utilities for multiple plants. [Solvent Extraction, CO2 Extraction, Rectification]
· - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
· - Ensure projects are delivered on time, along with required quality and within scope and budget.
· - Monitor installation and commissioning of new machinery.

· - Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of extraction-related projects (e.g., mine development, drilling, plant expansion, etc.)
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and HSE.
  • Develop project plans, schedules (using MS Project or Primavera), and resource requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and local laws.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on variances.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Report project status to senior management and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance at all stages of the project.
