The German branches in Berlin and Erfurt have been part of the F/LIST family since 2017 and employ a total of approximately 40 people. F/LIST GERMANY focuses on the aftermarket business, specializing in the refurbishment and modernization of cabins for business and private jets.

As part of our team you will…

You will be responsible for the planning and execution of demanding international aircraft interior projects, always ensuring that the requirements and expectations of the customers are met.
to take over project coordination and management to ensure that all project phases run smoothly and the set goals are achieved.
Working closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements and proactively offering solutions that meet their expectations.
Identify challenges early and take proactive measures to overcome them and ensure project success.
Clearly communicate and implement customer change requests and effectively process complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
To conscientiously monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and resources within the project.
Continuously monitor and track the achievement of project targets and key performance indicators to ensure successful project implementation.

You have completed technical or business training and ideally possess industry knowledge and/or project management skills that provide you with a solid foundation for the requirements of our position.
You not only have a technical interest, but also a good understanding of technical relationships.
