As a Project Manager, you will make use of your entrepreneurial spirit to structure a project and control its progress. Although you won’t have direct reports, you will have the opportunity to lead a project team and collaborate closely with different departments. You are expected to find the right balance between the project targets, risks, and efforts while having a continuous focus on the project quality, ensuring the goals are met even in the face of challenges. In your new role you will: Plan, organize and monitor the project development; Be responsible for all operational decisions regarding the project and the successful achievement of the project targets; Lead the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities; Prepare the production to mass production of new products: ensure and organize capacity, technology, human resources etc.; Act as the main contact for project-related topics, collect and report the different phases and results; Create and maintain the necessary project documentation according to the company regulations. As a team player, with your proactive and customer-oriented personality, you will drive this project to success. Your excellent communication skills support you in the interaction with the different parties involved in the project and, as you like being challenged, you are stress-resistant and flexible in adapting to a dynamic and demanding environment. You value economic success and feel comfortable in taking responsibility and managing risks. You are best equipped for this task if you have: You are best equipped for this task if you have: An Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, IT), Economics or other relevant fields. At least 2 years of work experience, with preferably within a production environment; Project management knowledge aligned with experience leading projects; Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English.
