Description Company Information: MILO Live is a premier design and manufacturing company of quality and innovative live fire Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), Modular Shooting Ranges, brick, and mortar ranges, shooting range equipment, and HVAC supply. We have been directly involved with the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment of over 120 modular shooting range systems and over 500 different brick and mortar ranges. Shooting Range Industries has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design and installation. SRI has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all our customer’s needs. (www.shootingrangeindustries.com) Summary: The Project Manager oversees and directs all phases of construction projects, ensuring that all work meets contract specifications, budgets, and schedules. This role includes project planning, coordination with contractors and designers, cost control, and supervision of installation teams. The Project Manager is also responsible for customer service, warranty follow-ups, and logistics for international and domestic installations. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction and installation projects from planning to completion. Design and implement detailed project plans and timelines. Communicate with contractors, designers, and internal teams regarding project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepare and present project status reports to management. Conduct on-site project installations, inspections, trainings, and system testing (including power, air balance, and system functionality). Perform customer service and warranty visits, including remote support and follow-up service calls. Support sales with warranty-related items, consumables, and preventative maintenance packages. Build and manage a 3–4 person installation team (potentially larger as business grows). Oversee on-site project installation costs, logistics, and coordination of equipment (cranes, forklifts, welders, etc.). Manage freight logistics for domestic and international shipments related to range delivery and installation. Assist in creating project manuals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and bid documents. Provide logistics support for employee travel and equipment transportation to job sites. Support trade shows and sales efforts as needed (occasional travel required). Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure successful project completion. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field. 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Extensive knowledge of project management functions, department processes, and budgeting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in program management within the construction, manufacturing, or defense industry. Prior experience managing installation teams or field service personnel. Knowledge of HVAC systems, metal fabrication, or modular construction processes. Experience with domestic and international logistics and freight coordination. Physical Requirements: Ability to travel domestically and internationally 2-3 days per month. Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform manual tasks during on-site inspections and installations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
