Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in the dynamic world of custom fabrication, signage, and construction. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who has already lived and breathed this industry. You’ll manage projects from kickoff to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll juggle multiple moving parts, lead with grit, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources
  • Communicate seamlessly between clients, account managers, engineers, and shop staff
  • Prepare project packets, checklists, and timelines that keep jobs on track
  • Attend and supervise installations (NYC & out-of-state)
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent communication
