· LMA: Lead, Manage and Coach the Project Managers and Site Managers. Drive accountability.
· Attend bi-weekly PRMs (Project Review Meetings) with the Contracts Managers and Leadership Team.
· Labour and Resource allocation.
· Manage multiple project budgets.
· Manage multiple project programmes.
· Support Contracts Managers in decision making and advice.
· Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects.
· Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated.
· Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers.
· Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.
· Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects.
