Immediately Hiring! We are looking for a Project Manager with strong coordination skills for an large software implementation. You will be the facilitator between Company Leadership and the Vendor in charge of the implementation. Communication is key! We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure while being proactive in managing any uncertainty around the change. This role is great for a consultant who enjoys and succeeds in moving things forward. Strong communication, attention to detail with an emphasis on execution are traits making you an ideal fit for the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs.
  • Experience in Human Resource software implementation is HIGHLY desired
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to “read the room”
  • Strong critical thinking skills – able to envision and articulate the big picture
  • Ability to drive projects and to manage risk, resources, and stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
  • A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress with ability to stay on top of multiple fast paced projects with multiple concurrent streams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals
  • Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
  • Education and certification qualifications to support your chosen career in business consulting.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • PMP certificate (PMI) or other Project Management Certification highly desired

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain a professional image at all times
· Manage multiple activities and coordinate between vendor, stakeholders, and users
· Understand and communicate required information to various departments
· Lead weekly / bi-weekly meetings with detailed notes and follow-through
· Oversee and manage communication around deliverables
· Develop risk register, monitoring, escalating as needed
