Description
Under general supervision, serves as project manager for Planning, Design and Construction for new construction and renovation capital improvement projects, Special Project Requests and 7330 Requests (third-party funded capital projects).  Completes all administrative functions as the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) owner’s representative and ensures contractor compliance with construction plans, specifications, applicable building codes and construction practices. Oversees and coordinates the work of consultants, designers, and contractors.  Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
The role serves as the project manager for Planning, Design, and Construction for capital improvement projects, acting as the owner’s representative to ensure contractor compliance with plans, codes, and specifications. This involves overseeing and coordinating the work of consultants, designers, and contractors across various project types.
