Description Delawie, a LEO A DALY Company, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with demonstrated project experience for the Department of Defense (DoD). The successful candidate will provide high-level project management duties from project inception through construction administration phases. The successful candidate filling this position will: Demonstrate a dedicated spirit towards client satisfaction through service excellence. Have strong communication skills to communicate with clients, consultants, and project team members. Can navigate through several jurisdictions for project requirements and permitting. Be comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Be able to lead and mentor team of junior staff members. Collaborate and coordinate with in-house Interiors Department. Responsibilities: Develop project design schedules. Estimate project staffing requirements. Monitor and manage project staff work loads. Manages projects of all sizes and levels of complexity and provides project team leadership. Requirements Architectural license required. 8+ years of relevant post- education experience in design/project management in an architectural design firm, or equivalent. Experience in design-build project delivery methods for the DoD, primarily for NAVFAC and IMCOM, and a strong technical competency. Leadership experience, including managing client expectations, multi-disciplinary team, and meeting scope/schedule/budget Advanced knowledge of the architectural planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration and code requirements Proficiency with Revit required. In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp Modeling, MS Office, MS Project, and preparation of presentation materials. Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills Experience working directly with clients. Salary range for this position varies between $105,000-165,000, depending upon applicable experience.
