We are seeking an FF&E Project Manager with Interior Design expertise to join our growing team. This role blends design sensibility, procurement strategy, and strong project management to bring extraordinary spaces to life.
The FF&E Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment process while collaborating with the design team to maintain project vision and quality. This role also supports interior design implementation, vendor coordination, and the overall project lifecycle from concept through installation.

(REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in FF&E management and interior design for luxury hospitality, retail, or high-end residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills for cost tracking and budget reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present confidently to clients and leadership.
  • Prior experience working on luxury hotels, branded residences, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with international sourcing and global shipping logistics.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED requirements.
  • Strong command of FF&E procurement, material sourcing, and custom furniture production.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design packages.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in cost analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Precision in cost tracking, document control, and quality checks.
Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery logs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Assist with warranty management and close-out documentation.
