We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Field Operations team, with a primary focus on lighting conservation initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of lighting efficiency projects, including LED retrofits, occupancy sensors, and lighting control systems. You’ll work closely with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven experience managing field installations. The Project Manager may also support additional energy-saving efforts, such as water conservation projects, contributing to broader sustainability and resource management goals.

This role is essential for implementing energy-efficient lighting solutions, helping organizations reduce energy costs, lower their carbon footprint, and meet sustainability goals. By overseeing projects like LED retrofits and smart lighting controls, the Project Manager directly contributes to both environmental impact and operational savings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee contractor-led installations of lighting and other energy conservation measures, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety, stays on schedule, and is delivered within budget across complex, multisite projects nationwide.
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and closeout documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
