  • IT Change Management: Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of IT changes within the CFO area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing weaknesses
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate collaboration between Corporate IT and CFO stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and enhance the change management framework, incorporating feedback and best practices for ongoing optimization
