QUALIFICATIONS
The key qualifications include:
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience working with project management, preferable with a focus on finance systems and specifically with ERP solutions (IFS knowledge is not a requirement)
- You have experience within risk management and strategic planning to ensure the success of a project
Required education/degree:
- You have a relevant background with an education within Project Management or a similar field of study
Personal Profile:
- You have strong communication and leadership skills to guide stakeholders
- You have great experience within decision making
- You are a relationship builder and have great skills in stakeholder management
- You are a team player, who has mastered how to cooperate and coordinate broadly with colleagues across functions
- You have a very analytical mindset and can understand complex financial data
- You are goal oriented with high integrity and responsibility in relation to meeting deadlines
- You thrive in a busy working environment with numerous parallel activities.
Responsibilities:
TEAM AND ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the finance team, to support our digital transformation journey, by running internal cross functional strategic projects related to our financial system as well as our ERP system. We are currently, looking into several large projects that are of key importance for Terma to secure the scalability that enables us to support a growing business.
You will become part of the Financial Systems and Power BI department consisting of 8 employees. You will also work closely together with the team in Business Excellence as well as the Global Finance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning: Define the project scope, develop a detailed project plan, and set timelines and milestones
- Task Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience
- Team Coordination: Assemble and direct the project team, promoting collaboration and resolving conflicts
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies
