We have an opportunity available to welcome a Full-Time Project Manager to our Commercial Division team, based out of our conveniently located office in Surrey BC. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-On Site Experience is required
-Finishing Trade Construction Experience is an asset
-Familiarity with Digital Construction Management Tools like Autodesk, Procore
-Can read & interpret Arch & ID drawings, experience navigating Bluebeam or similar
-Must be able to drive a vehicle & be locally familiar with navigating the region
-Relevant Accreditation in Construction Coordination/Management is an asset, but not a requirement. All applicants with the above listed experience will be considered for this role & we will be providing comprehensive support to integrate into the position.
As a full-scope commercial division Project Manager, you will represent Apex for a variety of residential and civic projects from Contract to Completion. While the day to day of this role will vary, your typical roles and responsibilities will include:
Progress Billing
Shop Drawings
Material Submittals
Installation Packages
Quotes & Progress Billing
Closeout and Warranty
Administrative/Technical Support for Site & Sales Management teams
