Key Workstreams & Focus Areas

• Enabling technical infrastructure for Google and Microsoft AI Services.
• Driving integration of AI agents across the enterprise landscape via MuleSoft.
• Establishing enterprise-wide authentication and access frameworks for AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Workstream Delivery: End-to-end delivery, planning, and execution across assigned AI Foundations workstreams.
• Project Governance: Manage delivery plans, track milestones, control budgets, and actively mitigate risks, issues, and inter-team dependencies.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional technical teams across Architecture, Cyber Security, Integration, and Cloud Engineering.
• Governance & Reporting: Drive workstreams through required decision and stage-gate forums, delivering transparent reporting to program leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager delivering complex IT, cloud, integration, or infrastructure projects within financial services, ideally in the general insurance industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving enterprise integration e.g. MuleSoft (preferred), cloud technology stacks (GCP / Azure), or identity/authentication frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage multi-team technical dependencies, drive governance compliance, and mitigate complex delivery risks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of bridging technical architecture concepts with program outcomes.
