Key Responsibilities 1. Full Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire project process from initiation, planning, execution, FAT, to closure. Be directly responsible for project delivery, quality, cost, and profitability. 2. Technical & Commercial Liaison: Lead or participate in technical discussions and solution clarifications with clients or Design institutes. Support the sales team with technical proposal preparation, project quoting, and commercial negotiations to secure contract awards. 3. Deliverables Management: Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all project deliverables, including drawings, technical documentation, and certification documents, meeting all customer and standard requirements. 4. Schedule & Risk Control: Develop detailed project plans, monitor key milestones, effectively identify and manage project risks, and promptly resolve issues during execution to ensure project progression. 5. Supply Chain & Production Coordination: Coordinate internal resources (design, procurement, production, quality departments) and external suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and services required for the project. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the project, maintaining strong customer relationships, communicating project progress, and addressing complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Standards & Compliance: Ensure all project activities and deliverables strictly comply with international standards and specifications (e.g., API, BV, ABS) and customer-specific technical requirements. Qualifications Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields. Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for use as a working language (including technical communication, emails, and report writing). Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an industrial setting (machinery, fluid equipment, rotating equipment, etc.). Experience with mechanical seals, pumps, valves, compressors, or related fluid handling equipment is highly preferred. Prior experience in a pump manufacturing company or petrochemical engineering design institute is preferred. Successful experience in managing overseas projects is highly advantageous. Experience with ADNOC or other major international oil & gas projects is a significant advantage. Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in project management principles with outstanding planning, organization, coordination, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with international standards such as API 682, API 610 related to mechanical seals and pumps. Knowledge of certification processes from classification societies like BV, ABS, DNV is preferred. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and ability to solve complex problems. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office suites.
