This role is a Project Manager for Novus Precast. They manufacture the precast concrete elements for structures of all kinds used in projects from hospitals to commercial & residential multi-story buildings.
They are growing and are ready for another PM to join the team. The whole responsibility of the role is: getting the right information from the client, to then assist the drafting & design teams to produce the drawings to get the projects into production & through to completion.
You will get to play a key role in the development of some super interesting projects, and you will have several on at any one time (at different stages), so you will never be bored! (Also, you don’t have to deal with other trades- once the structure is completed, that is job done!).
In terms of experience/background for this role, we are quite industry agnostic. What you must have is an understanding of and passion for structure & concrete form.
