emagine is searching for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Energy Trading Management (ETM) system for our client. The initiative involves replacing the current trading platform, which is no longer suitable for supporting business ambitions.
The role requires a structured professional with a strong focus on stakeholder management, financial oversight, and vendor collaboration to ensure the success of this critical implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably with ETRM or similar system implementation projects.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefit tracking.
- Proven ability to navigate and optimize contracts in collaboration with procurement.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in vendor management and proactive risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with the Energy Sector and its processes is a strong advantage.
Location: Gentofte, Denmark
Allocation; Full time, time & material
Duration: From December 16th 2024 until December 2025
Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage the EU ETM project execution, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefit realization. Monitor and address delays and risks while ensuring transparency in progress and objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial side of the project, including vendor contracts and change requests, in collaboration with procurement. Ensure optimal use of contracts to meet project objectives.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the implementation team, procurement, and ART leadership to strengthen collaboration with the vendor and stakeholders.
- Transparency: Provide data-driven updates on progress, decisions, and priorities to stakeholders. Establish clear communication channels.
- Partnership with Lead Product Owner: Support the lead PO in defining clear priorities, managing scope changes, and maintaining a transparent backlog of features and tasks.
