This is a high-responsibility role, second only to the founders, and is critical to ensuring our content operations run smoothly at all times. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality, efficiency, and deadlines. Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end content production (videos, thumbnails, revisions, deadlines) Keep production moving and unblock team members when issues arise Track progress across all channels and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Enforce quality standards, workflows, and deadlines Make fast, practical decisions in a high-volume environment Coordinate and manage ~23 contractors and stakeholders Strong project management experience, especially in content or media Solid understanding of content production workflows Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Comfortable with repetitive, operational work Reliable, accountable, and highly responsive Work From Home Flexible Hours
