Qualifications MSc Civil, or Electrical, or Mechanical Engineers with over 15 years general experience and at least 5 years’ experience in Managerial positions of Metro projects for employment in Athens / Greece. Fluency in Greek and English language both written and spoken Roles & Responsibilities Manage Team a of more than 30 experts Review the Contractor’s plans, schedules and strategies. Dealing with the contract management of the project. Knowlegde in Greek Public Works Law (No 4412, 3669) is a must. Prepares engineering Monthly Reports Identify areas of improvement in procedures, implementing best industry practices in Metro projects. Ensure that comprehensive records are maintained and properly organized and archived by the Contractor for future reference and compliance purposes. Coordinate with the Client, Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth integration and commissioning of Metro Systems. Identify potential risks and work on mitigation plans to minimize impact on project time schedule. Ensure all activities adhere to applicable laws, safety standards and regulations, minimizing risk to workers, passengers and the environment. Implement Quality Control measures to guarantee that the Metro Systems meet the required standards and performance criteria.
