PROJECT MANAGER VPRIO:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager VPRIO for a full-time role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

PROJECT MANAGER VPRIO - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves organizational optimization and change within the Office of the Vice President, Research and International (OVPRI) to improve research support processes. The Project Manager will focus on assessing core business processes, identifying structural and procedural gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

PROJECT MANAGER VPRIO - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• PMI PMP or Prince2 certification
• Experience working in a Higher Education environment
• Experience with enterprise projects in large environments
• Experience with infrastructure and integration projects
• Strong foundation in Information Technology
• Experience facilitating planning sessions/workshops
• Experience with organizational change management

PROJECT MANAGER VPRIO – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in program management and senior project management
• Experience working with Privacy and Information Security Officers
• Experience in a multi-union environment
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience as a Business Analyst

• Conduct core business process assessments
• Identify gaps in current structures, processes, and service delivery
• Provide recommendations for people, process, and technology improvements
• Review current workflows and map processes
• Deliver formal recommendations and solutions for optimizing current processes
• Support the implementation of integrated and automated online systems
